Handlebar Do-Over and Home Plating
The straight drag-bars looked kinda dull so...

I redid them with a point big enough to impale anything that got in my way.

That looks a lot better.

Next I bought one of those home zinc plating kits from Eastwood.com. Here is the brake pedal before plating.

Here it is straight out of the bath. All of the black stains polished out with the included metal polish.

Here is everything after plating and polishing. The finish isn't perfect but it does provide a decent satin finish.
